Exchanges / Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at the Three Dots Online Store, we will gladly accept returns for a refund. You may also request an exchange for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).

You may exchange unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt.

All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or online credit or exchanged for a different size, color or style. If you have any questions regarding sizing, fit or fabric, please reach out to customer service before placing an order.

How to Exchange / Return

Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Complete the return/exchange form and include the appropriate return code to help us serve you better in the future. Include this form with your shipment. Download Return form here
  2. Package and seal your return securely. All merchandise must be returned in the condition in which you receive it. Use the original packaging if possible.
  3. Affix the pre-paid UPS return label* that was provided on the outside of your order package.
  4. Drop off your package at any UPS location. If you wish to use another shipping carrier at your own cost, we highly recommend that you purchase insurance for your return. Send it back to:

  5. For Exchanges: Once your package has been received, we will send a replacement. You will be notified via e-mail when shipped. *Please note: additional $7 will be charged to your original payment form for the pre-paid UPS return label.
  6. For Returns: Once your package has been received, please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processes. You will receive confirmations via e-mail. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements depending on your banking institution. *Please note: additional $7 will be deducted from your order refund for the pre-paid UPS return label.

Shipping Charges
