"Impossible to review the 3 shirts that I sent back for an even exchange of a smaller size. The exchange was approved on 1/10/26. On 1/16/26 I received an email that the shirts would be shipped overnight. As of today, 1/21/26, they have still not been shipped. I called 1-888-565-1449 multiple times but no one answers. I left voicemails that no one returns. I sent emails that only AI responds to. The irony sending me a feedback survey on something that hasn't shipped yet."
