Welcome to Three Dots' international shipping guide! We know how important it is for your items to arrive when you expect them, so please review the shipping information below prior to placing your order. International orders must have the same Billing and Shipping address. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses will not be processed.

International Orders

Three Dots International shipping includes tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance. If your order is lost, you will be eligible for a refund.

For international orders, all countries follow different duties and import regulations. These added costs will be calculated and reflected in the price once you have entered your shipping information. We will file and pre-pay all international shipping costs and duties so your package will get to you seamlessly.

Where We Ship:

Three Dots does not ship to the following international countries at this time, due to licensing agreements: Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Mongolia, Philippines, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Brunei, Malaysia, Indonesia and China (including Hong Kong). Any shipment(s) to these countries if placed will be canceled. We also do not ship to some regions due to carrier restrictions including but not limited to: British Virgin Islands, Cook Islands, Curacao, Falkland Islands, Honduras, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Russia, Samoa, Somalia and Syria.

Duties & Taxes
Our international shipping charges include local taxes and/or duties at checkout. Please contact your local customs office to request more details about applicable fees. And, as required by law, we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents when shipping.



Package Refusal
If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping charges
  • Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments

The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.


International Returns
For international returns, please follow the directions on your packing slip or refer to our returns page. Return the items using an insured postal carrier. When your return is received and processed, we’ll email you a refund notification.
