Welcome to Three Dots' international shipping guide! We know how important it is for your items to arrive when you expect them, so please review the shipping information below prior to placing your order. Our Customer Service hours are 8am - 4pm PST, Monday - Friday.

We do not ship to the following international countries due to licensing agreements: Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Mongolia, Philippines, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Brunei, Malaysia, Indonesia and China(including Hong Kong). Any shipment(s) to these countries will be canceled.

International orders must have the same Billing and Shipping address. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses will not be processed.

Our international shipping charges do not include local taxes or duties. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these fees.

As required by law, we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents.


Package Refusal
If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping charges
  • Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments

The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.


International Returns
For international returns, please follow the directions on your packing slip or refer to our returns page. Return the items using an insured postal carrier. When your return is received and processed, we’ll email you a refund notification.
