"Dear Three Dots Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase, Order #TD73129. Unfortunately, the quality of the items does not align with the price point I have come to expect from your brand. Additionally, I found the sizing to be quite inconsistent with my previous purchases. The size Large now fits significantly more oversized than anticipated, resulting in an unflattering look. The length is also considerably longer than expected, and the width—particularly with the raw-edged design—is much wider than what I am accustomed to. This combination makes the overall fit feel disproportionate and not suited to my preference. While I understand that oversized styles may currently be trending, this is not a fit I personally prefer when purchasing t-shirts. Had I known about this change in sizing and fit, I would have opted for a Medium to achieve a more suitable look. I have always appreciated your products in the past, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. I would appreciate any clarification you can provide regarding these changes in sizing and product quality. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response."
